2. What We Collect

For children: Hero Name (nickname only — never real name), age group, email address, learning progress and XP earned, avatar choices. For parents: Full name, email address, payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card details). We do NOT collect: real names of children, photographs, school name, home address, or phone numbers.

3. How We Use Your Data

To create and manage accounts. To deliver personalised learning and track progress. To provide parents with progress reports. To process payments. To improve our platform. We will NEVER sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Parental Consent

Users under 13 require verifiable parental consent before creating an account. Parents have the right to review, correct or delete their child's data at any time by contacting safetytechquest@gmail.com.

5. Data Security

All platform activity runs entirely in the browser — no real commands are executed. All lab content is simulated. Data is encrypted using SSL/TLS. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

6. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your data, restrict processing, and data portability. Contact safetytechquest@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies. We do not use advertising, tracking or third-party marketing cookies. We do not track children across other websites.
