These Terms govern your use of TechQuest Academy. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. About the Platform

TechQuest Academy is a subscription-based educational platform for children aged 10–16. All labs, terminals and simulations are entirely fictional and browser-based. No real commands are executed.

3. Eligibility

The Platform is for users aged 10–16. Users under 13 must have verifiable parental consent.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Free access: First 2 lessons per path (6 total) — no card required. Paid plans: • Monthly: £5/month • 6 months: £35 (save £5) • Annual: £50 (save £10) All payments processed by Stripe. 14-day money-back guarantee. Cancel anytime.

5. Acceptable Use

You must NOT: attempt to access real systems using skills learned here, harass or harm others, share login credentials, or use the Platform for any illegal purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content — lessons, labs, avatars, the XP system, ARIA, and all branding — is the intellectual property of TechQuest Academy.

7. Child Safety

No social features — children cannot communicate with strangers. ARIA redirects personal topics to trusted adults. No advertising shown to children. Report safeguarding concerns to safetytechquest@gmail.com.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
