Every decision we make at TechQuest Academy puts your child's safety first. Here's exactly how we protect them.

No Strangers
Children cannot message or interact with other users. TechQuest is a solo learning experience — there are no chat rooms, forums, or social features where strangers can contact your child.

ARIA is Safe
Our AI tutor ARIA only answers questions about IT, AI and Cybersecurity. She is programmed to redirect any personal, emotional or inappropriate topics to a trusted adult immediately.

No Personal Data
We never collect real names, photos, school names, addresses or phone numbers from children. Hero Names are nicknames only. We are fully compliant with UK GDPR and COPPA.

3-Strike System
Any inappropriate language or behaviour results in an automatic strike. Three strikes leads to account suspension. Parents are notified via their portal in real time.

Parent Control
Parents have full visibility of their child's progress, activity and any safety flags via the Parent Portal. Daily time limits can be set and subscriptions managed at any time.

Report & Appeal
Any safety concern can be reported to safetytechquest@gmail.com. We respond within 24 hours. Suspended accounts can be appealed by a parent or guardian.

Secure Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe — we never store card details. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the Parent Portal.

No Advertising
We never show advertising to children. We never sell data. TechQuest is funded entirely by subscriptions — your child's safety is never compromised by commercial interests.
